1-2 sticks organic cinnamon 2-4 whole cloves 1-2 star anises 1” knob ginger, sliced in rounds 1” knob turmeric, sliced in rounds 2-4 cardamom pods Few black peppercorns 6 cups water


1. Add all the ingredients to a simmer pot or saucepan and bring it to a boil. 2. Reduce the heat and simmer for as long as you want. Check it periodically to see if more water needs to be added.
